		<description><![CDATA[Got up early to complete most of the recipe this morning so we can have this great meal after our daughter&#039;s piano recital this evening.  We&#039;ll pop it in the oven before the recital, and it will be ready when we get home.  

Now I get to dream all day about what wine we&#039;ll have with it!    I&#039;m leaning towards an aged Cab or Merlot or other soft Bordeaux blend - maybe the Gridley Family Cabernet Franc?
