That rss feature on your blog here is brilliant, you should tell people about it in your upcoming post. I haven't noted it for the first couple of times, now I'm using it each morning to check on any updates. I'm on a rattling slow dial-up link in Germany and it's quite frustrating to sit there and wait for such a long time 'til the page loads... but hey, I just found your rss page and added it to the Google Reader and voil? - I'm always up-to-date! Well buddy, keep up the good work and make that rss button a little bigger so that other people can enjoy that as well :-P

Not only does the diet work well, but the recipes are fantastic! Not easy-cook, for the most, but worth using for special meals. And the rest of the time, just follow the chapters on the foods to use or not use. I'm glad I bought this book!

Have you ever considered adding more videos to your blog posts to keep the readers more entertained? I mean I just read through the entire article of yours and it was quite good but since I'm more of a visual learner,I found that to be more helpful well let me know how it turns out. This is good...thanks for sharing

The researchers identified an “iron threshold” of 2 miligrams per liter. Any red wine containing more than this amount spoils the seafood pairing, perhaps fishes have a lot of iron that is why this is good for health.

Hello, I visited your blog while searching bing for espresso makers. Your blog is really good and I really liked the theme. Just thought would let you know that I have subscribed to your rss feed. Also on a couple of pages I came across a 404 error and after refreshing a couple of times was able to view the pages. Thank you
